Annual Maintenance Agreement

Richmond Irrigation’s most popular items are the Annual Maintenance Agreements. We offer two agreements – Basic and Enhanced. The benefits of the agreements include discounted pricing for services (vs. paying individually) and e-mail reminders to schedule. We offer these agreements twice a year – early fall and early spring. The spring maintenance agreement will begin with a startup/evaluation service and end with a winterization service, all within the same calendar year. For customers that sign up for an agreement, we offer a discounted rate of for backflow prevention device testing. See below for more information:

Annual Enhanced Irrigation Maintenance Agreement Includes:

• Start-up: Pressurize system, run zones to check for proper operation/coverage, and setup watering schedule (for spring conditions unless customer specifies otherwise)
• System Evaluation: Completed at startup, if any issues are found, an estimate will be emailed shortly after the start-up date
• 3 Wetchecks: In-season visits to adjust the controller based on the anticipated upcoming weather conditions; check each zone for proper operation, or to evaluate a customer identified concern.
• Winterization: Turn off the water and blow out irrigation lines using compressed air (backflow prevention device is not removed unless specified by customer)
• 10% discount for repair work completed on this system, during agreement term. Value of discount shall not exceed the total of this agreement and cannot be combined with other discounts.
